from 7 to 110 kW; it has been optimized to have high energy efficiency performances,
installation handiness, easy in maintenance operations, even ordinary
and extraordinary.
Each model of the series is manufactured and assembled with main brands components,
to offer a very high quality product, great efficiency and reliability. Furthermore
the range has been designed to make easier maintenance and technical
assistance operations, according to European directives
Each chiller is composed by 3 different circuits: cooling, hydraulic and electric circuit.
In this range each circuit is designed and assembled inside a speci????c and
free standing area, separated from the others. The main advantage is the possibility
to operate on the desired circuit and making on it technical assistance or
maintenance according to one’s own competences.
Standard color is RAL 9018.
On request it is possible to have different or particular RAL colors.
COOLING CIRCUIT
The refrigerant circuit is made in a simple and straightforward way to reduce any kind of
problem. The cooling circuit is full of components of leading premium brands. Each component
is connected with copper pipes of high thickness, tested and proven internally and externally,
to give it a dual guarantee to the product itself.
The refrigerant circuit designed and engineered in 3D is simple
and compact, offers the possibility to be easily repaired in every point thanks to the possibility
to supply assembly kits where necessary.
ELECTRICAL BOARD
The electrical panel is generous in size, placed inside a special housing made in carpentry.
Each cable in the electrical panel is numbered and connected to terminal strip, complete
with electrical drawing put inside the unit that simpli????es the connections understanding.
Complete with circuit breakers to protect the major organs of the chiller, the control section
is composed of a microprocessor card with an external interface. Each board is equipped
with a locking device port. The standard power supply is 400/3/50

HYDRAULIC MODULE
Our range has the ability to be able to be complete or less of the hydraulic unit. Therefore,
the hydraulic unit is always an option which may or may not be required depending on the
type of plant.
The hydraulic unit can be configured in different ways:

Each chiller is tested in testing room.
During the testing phase are tested operating data:
- Proper mounting of components
- Fixing all components
- Product control according to safety standards
- Electrical test in accordance with EN60204
- Operation of the control board
- Chiller performances in standard conditions
