Each unit is made in cooling version only, for indoor installation (preferred) or outside, good to meet the needs of getting cold water for cooling the industrial water processes. The complete range consists of several models with a cooling capacity from 2 to 7 kW. The model name is ZCF 102, 103, 104, 105, 106 and 107. Each unit has been designed with passion, love and with all our deep experience in the industrial process sector. The final result is offer each standard unit complete in the standard version with several (let’s say) "options" which are standard for us, so offer in this way each ZCF reliable, robust, efficient. Again the passion and experience in the process cooling sector has allowed to design the whole range by choosing only reliable and proven components, everything has been designed by our engineers, again we can offer all in compact overall dimensions. Each ZCF has tested in all the part as condensing and evaporating temperatures, freezing temperature, gas equalization during the various phases of work. We can really provide an efficient range, silent, versatile and reliability.
Standard color is RAL 9018.
On request it is possible to have different or particular RAL colors.
COOLING CIRCUIT
The ZCM series of units are simple but at the same time equipped with all the main component. The refrigerant circuit is to compost component of primary brands to ensure the best product quality.
The cooling circuit uses copper pipes with the highest quality in the market.
All pipes are twice tested to prevent any refrigerant gas leaks while protecting the environment.
The cooling circuit can be viewed and opened for maintenance work from various angles: the front and side. The panels are extracted simply by unscrewing four screws that hold the side panels. This way you have complete access to the entire cooling circuit and in its entirety. The refrigerant circuit is complete with standard thermostatic valve, which increases efficiency in all fields of work to which the unit may be affected (in the market 99% of the competitors enter the capillary instead of the thermostat valve to reduce costs , but the capillary is an excellent component for work to a limited field of application).

The compressor is the component that compresses the refrigerant gas from the evaporator, and sends it to the high pressure condenser.
The condenser is an heat exchanger consisting of a coil made of copper tubes and aluminium fins that allow the heat exchange between refrigerant and air gases. Inside the exchanger gas condensate transferring the condensation heat from the refrigerant gas to air (which flows outside and passes through the battery).
The condensing coil inserted in the back of the cooling unit opposite to the electrical panel.

The ZCM series mounts rotary compressor characterized by low noise and low vibration. Furthermore, the compressor is able to work in wide operating ranges while still maintaining a good reliability in time.
The compressor is electrically protected to prevent too many ON / OFF in the hour to maintain its reliability and by a gas equalization system.
The fans of ZCM range are axial type, inserted inside carpentry to reduce noise and the overall size of the unit.
The fan draws air from the outside by passing through the condensing coil, all protected by an air filter.

ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT
The electrical board is built and wired according to the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC, the standard EN 60204-1 and Electromagnetic directive EMC 89/336.
The switchboard is complete with a main switch and a closing door locks to ensure access to the framework by experts in the field. It is made by top brand components. On the door of the electrical panel is located the microprocessor control that allows the start of the refrigeration unit, the setting of the water temperature, the display of any alarms.
The door of the electrical panel is recessed relative to the structure so as not to expose it to damage due to improper handling of the unit. The degree of the frame protection is IP 44.The standard power supply is 230/1/50.
The wiring diagram is inside the unit in the control cabinet. It has also the complete list of coded spare parts so as to help the client at any time. Replacement parts are available in stock CF CHILLER FRIGORIFERI or from our distributors.
The electrical circuit is placed in a dedicated area separate from the cooling and the hydraulic circuit. In this way, the maintenance and service work can be done by a specialist even though it has no competence in the cooling and hydraulic material.

The hydraulic circuit mainly consists of; pump, water tank, water level display, manual water loading and bypass water.
The tank is of the type in stainless steel, the entire hydraulic circuit is of the type NO FERROUS. The accumulation tank it can be filled with water with water thanks to the presence of a manual loading place in the roof unit. The water level in the tank is easily visible thanks to a plastic viewer with inside a red ball. In this viewer are placed the minimum and maximum water levels. It 'also the pump that is placed in the back (inside carpentry) complete with a water manometer to see the prevalence of the same.
This allows an easy hydraulic installation, just connect the two water pipes, one input and one output. Everything is simplified by the presence of stickers that indicate well what are the inlet and outlet pipes
