Model K 22 Ortho finishing machine has been designed and developed for
orthopedic workshop.
The machine is able to perform various types of processing inasmuch as it is
equipped with three abrasive belts for scouring (50 – 80 – 100 mm. wide)
with an annexed conical heel, a trimming, an independent and tiltable
naumkeag and thanks to a special attack obtained on the shaft, it is possible
to mount several tools depending on the operation to be carried out.
The dusty residues generated by production are sucked from the foam
nozzles then filtered by an appropriate purification apparatus and deposited
inside a drawer at the bottom of the machine.
The feature of this machine is the automatic filter cleaning system which,
thanks to a special patented system ensures a constant and optimal filtering
capacity for the benefit of the suction.
The machine is manufactured in conformity with the CE Standards.
