COMELZ CAD/CAM cutting systems general informations
All cutting systems are delivered with German machine guidance and German operating instructions. All machines comply with the CE and are TÜV tested and approved. We request your materials and in our laboratory and demonstration area, sample blanks are created for you. You can send us drawings in PDF or DXF, alternatively templates. After thousands of machines have already been delivered to highly renowned companies, there is an unmatched experience. 24 hour / 7 day service, 24 hour parts service are standard, especially for cutting and punching tools. Remote maintenance via internet connection is possible without any problems. Our maintenance team of mechanics trained in the factory is available to you all round. All cutting systems are delivered with a briefing on site, the briefing takes about 1-2 days. There is a 100% vertical range of manufacture, i.e. all parts of the systems are 100% self-made, this even refers to the optical detection systems such as the cameras of the nesting units. All cutting systems can be precisely regulated in the depth of cut to achieve an effective cutting result, but at the same time as gently as possible with the cutting surfaces, i.e. fixed or movable to handle by conveyor belt. As a rule, the change intervals are approximately every 6-12 months and at very low costs in the amount of a low three-digit amount. The cutting surface and conveyor belt can be easily changed by inexperienced people. The optical marking on the tapes ensures a perfect position, we are talking about a dimension of 0.025 mm. The reliable and non-slip adhesion of the materials on the cutting belt is guaranteed by an adjustable high-performance vacuum, which is arranged in sectors of 140 x 100 mm over the entire cutting surface. These sectors are activated parallel to the position of the cutting heads to ensure perfect adhesion in the active cutting environment. An effective nesting is possible with the NEK, in particular leather skins are divided into quality sectors and a rejection of the cut parts is avoided. With online nesting, you can note a reject part when removing the cut benefits and the machine immediately carries out a new calculation for the next skin so that the number of cuts fits together again. In addition, at the exit of the machine, a color-specific indexing of the parts can be generated by means of LED lighting, which enables the same parts to be stacked quickly. But even without automatic nesting, a quick positioning of cuts is possible, the intuitive function of the width-adjustable distance from one cut to the next is very nice. Two practical clamps help the single operator to align and stabilize materials on the feeder, adding precision in cutting process.Productivity is boosted: while the machine is cutting, new material is fed.The feeder is completed by multi rolls supports, which allow the switch from multi plies to multi rolls feeding.The Feeder can be easily folded, and works at its best for leathercutting, both with manual or auto nesting (on-line/off-line). FAS - FRONT ACTIVE SCREEN (Optional)A Front Active Screen automatically closes and opens in parallel with the operator’s activity; while cutting it’s closed, when the operator needs to work on the material, and approach it, it opens. While conveyor moves, it opens automatically.The screen presses the material on the flat table, guaranteeing the stability of the material in the cutting area.FAS assures low level of noise during operating activities, for the benefit of prolonged use. CUTTING WITH HIGHEST QUALITY& PRODUCTIVITYThe structure of new machines is stronger: the cutting speed gets to limit not possible before. Therefore, the performances are impressive.Interlocking carriages bring the two cutting units to touch each other while cutting.Machines are equipped with new generation heads. Double head support, new punching units. RAS (REAR ACTIVE SCREEN) (Optional)As the FAS, RAS automatically closes during cutting activity, opens at machine idle or while the conveyor is moving and presses the material on the flat table, guaranteeing additional stability of the material in the cutting area.The cutting area is now accessible from the “back” and well of course from the “front”.Together with FAS, RAS gives additional stability while cutting, increasing the number of plies can be cut.The thin frame of FAS and RAS screens, the brightness of glass screen, gives to the operator a close view of the inside of the cutting area. VISION SYSTEMS FOR MOREINDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONSWith the CZ Plus series it is possible to have the most effective vision system that Comelz ever made in combination with the productivity of the double head machine. CZ Plus equipped with vision can cut textile/synthetic materials with drawings, logos, pre-printed images or roll of engineering mesh or similar. Final trim of pre-assembled parts can be also done. Thanks to a symmetrical compact structure, even large hides can be easily loaded. The entire hide can be reached and flattened by either the front (F) or the rear (R) of the machine. COMELZ P55+ Punch cutting for patterns and insoles P55 exploits the strength of punch cutting through an exclusive bridge structure with independent and synchronized mobile carriages. This original solution eliminates length limitations of the cutting area and allows a continuous and productive work cycle: no cuts to remove waste material, piece removal by fall and with the possibility to cut sheets with unlimited length or in rolls. Completely automatic P55+ is an automatic punching machine that eliminates dead time and does not require constant presence of the operator to remove pieces and waste or for frequent loading of the material Versatility and Productivity Due to its versatility and productivity, P55 is suitable for various contexts, from series development for pattern making to samples and small-medium production of insoles. P55 cuts in single or multiple layers a great variety of materials including cardboard, fiberboard, various plastic materials and all rigid materials. Fast Tool Change System The oscillating units of punch and micro punch (optional, for the smallest details) are manufactured with special high-resistance and light materials. They have a fast and easily accessible tool change system, an opening for materials up to 8mm thick and a pen for texts and marks.
