This machine ist used for the production of „strobel-made“ and flexible footwear, that means the
upper ist moulded straight or outside.
Advantage: similar to the lasting process the upper will be moulded in the whole toe area up to
the instep.
Important features of our construction:
The vamp that has to be moulded is held in the toe area by a working tool made according to
the contour of the last.
The pulling over process follows that means the alu last moves up and the working tool closes.
The teflon tape that is part of the working tool adapts to the alu last and holds the leather.
By producing “strobel-made” footwear the last moves up a second time and moulds the upper
straight.
Important advantages of this machine:
The moulding in the toe area is straight, that means no unevenness and no wrinkles.
The machine is equipped with one or two damping units, that warm up the thermoplastic toe
and steam the upper at the same time.
