Different motors available

With the electronic positioning device 220 V DC and 700 Watts you are able to sew stitch for stitch with the machine without using the hand pulley at the machine. It enables to sew also very slowly.

When you lift the foot of the motor pedal, the needle remains in the needle down position.

This avoids that the material moves while you are sewing a corner for example.

When you push the pedal revers, than the needle lifts in the upper position, this enablesyou to release the sewing material. This type of motor will create 250,00 Euro additional costs (unless there is already mentioned an electronic motor in the item)

While with an clutch motor 220V single phase or 380 V three phase 550 Watts you need feeling and the machine might start too fast (like a gear with clutch in the car). You are not able to stop the machine in position, therefore you have to turn the hand pulley from the machine. These types of motors not creating additional costs.

We recommend the 220 V single phase electronic motor with 400 Watts - with this motor you can sew very slow while pushing the pedal a little (like an automatic gear in the car) - this motor will create 50,00 Euro extra costs

Verschieden mögliche Motore

Wir können die Maschinen mit Elektronik-Stopmotore 220 V DC ausstatten (sofern die Maschinen nicht schon von Haus aus mit Stopmotor ausgestattet sind), dann kann man mit den Nähmaschinen Stich für Stich nähen, ohne dafür mit der Hand das Handrad zu bedienen. Zudem kann man kontrolliert langsam nähen. Die Nadel verbleibt dann immer im Material wenn man vom Pedal geht, durch die sich im Material befindende Nadel kann sich das Material oder die Lagen nicht verschieben. Tritt man nun nach hinten auf das Pedal, sodass sich das Pedal noch oben bewegt, geht dann auch die Nadel in Hochstellung und Sie können dann das Nähgut aus der Maschinen nehmen. Dieser Motor kostet 250,00 Euro Aufpreis Bei dem Kupplungsmotor 220V/380V und dem Elektronik-Motor 220V bleibt die Nadel an einer nicht bestimmbaren Position stehen und man muss mit dem Handrad der Maschine die Nadel manuell in die entsprechende Position bringen. Die Kupplungsmotoren 220V mit einer Phase/380V mit 3 Phasen und 550 Watt verhalten sich wie eine Kupplung bei einem Schaltgetriebe im Auto, d.h. man muss den Antrieb mit Gefühl dazu kuppeln. Diese Motore kosten kein Aufpreis. Der Elektronik-Motor 220V mit einer Phase und 400 Watt ohne Nadelpositionierung läuft nur, wenn man das Pedal betätigt, hierzu ist kein besonderes Gefühl notwendig und verhält sich praktisch so wie ein Automatikgetriebe bei einem Auto. Dieser Motor kostet 50,00 Euro Aufpreis (empfehlenswert wenn man die Maschine nicht täglich benutzt)
