Binding Machine for Insoles
Insole thermocementing and binding machine with automatic
cutting of the tape. The machine is complete with table and
motor with automatic positioning. Optical fiber
sensor for the automatic feeding and positioning
of the tape. By changing the front and rear guides it is possible
to use tapes in leather or synthetic, in rolls or pre-cut pieces
from 14 to 25 mm. width. Attachment to eject the exceeding
tape after cutting. Attachment to adjust the binding both on
the upper and lower part of the insole. Cutting, feeding and
positioning of the tape are made by means of an automatic
guide with possibility to adjust the positioning point. The
feeding speed of the insole can be adjusted according to the
shape of the work piece and in order to facilitate the execution
of the curved parts. RP 80 A can store the perimeter length of
the insole in order to cut automatically the tape.
